Abstract Works
Since the mid-1990s, Simone Demandt has been experimenting with non-representational photography alongside her thematic series.
Her abstract work is inspired by the proximity to the barely recognizable, the absence of reference in the photographic sense, and the traces of controlled randomness in her experiments with materials and film.
